Additional Policies:

Deposit

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time you schedule your appointment. This firm policy ensures that you are committed and accountable for your appointment. We do not offer a refund for cancellations or missed appointments. 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please get in contact at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time and we’ll be happy to find a new time for you. Please note, we only allow one reschedule per deposit. If for some reason you must reschedule a second time, you will lose your deposit.  

Illness

If the reason for rescheduling is related to illness, please contact us as soon as possible– preferably at least the night before. In this case, we will allow you to reschedule and transfer your deposit if you contact us at least 12-24 hours in advance (as long as this is your first request to reschedule). If it is not the first request to schedule, you may lose your deposit. 

Your health and safety is our top priority– please stay home if you have tested positive, shown symptoms, or have been exposed to a virus like COVID or the flu. 

Pregnancies

Out of an abundance of caution, I will not tattoo you if you are pregnant at the time of your appointment. If you become pregnant, we must cancel your appointment.

While I will not provide a refund, I am happy to tattoo you after your pregnancy. As long as I am providing the same service at this location, I will honor your original deposit within a year of your original appointment in the case of an unexpected pregnancy if your proposed tattoo design remains the same. 

If you become pregnant, please reach out so I can cancel your existing appointment and wish you a healthy and happy pregnancy!

Note: If you are breastfeeding, consult with your doctor before scheduling an appointment and follow the advice of your doctor.
